| I. Background | |
IL-1家族包括11種細胞因子，7種具有激動劑活性的配體(ti) （IL-1α，IL-1β，IL-18，IL-33，IL-36α，IL-36β，IL-36γ）和4種具有拮抗活性的成員[IL-1受體(ti) 拮抗劑（IL-1Rα）， IL-36Ra，IL-37，IL-38]。IL-1α，IL-1β，IL-18，IL-33，IL-36α，IL-36β，IL-36γ觸發MPKK和NF-κB導致炎症反應。而IL-1家族的其他成員具有抗炎作用。IL-1是該家族的一個(ge) 標誌性細胞因子，它可以共同刺激T輔助細胞、B細胞的成熟和增殖、NK細胞的激活，並與(yu) 炎症有關(guan) 。IL-1由上皮細胞、內(nei) 皮細胞、血小板、成纖維細胞和免疫細胞（如巨噬細胞和中性粒細胞）產(chan) 生和分泌，作為(wei) 先天和適應性免疫反應的一部分，保護機體(ti) 免受損傷(shang) 和感染。 | |
