PGLYRP1 Target Cell

I. Background
肽聚糖識別蛋白 1（Peptidoglycan Recognition Protein 1），也被稱為(wei) TAG7、PGRP-S，在昆蟲和哺乳動物體(ti) 內(nei) 所發現的一種先天性免疫激活蛋白，可介導抗菌作用和先天免疫反應。PGLYRP1 蛋白在免疫細胞中高度表達，如中性粒細胞、巨噬細胞和嗜酸性粒細胞，並與(yu) 多種炎症有關(guan) ，包括類風濕性關(guan) 節炎、氣道炎症，冠狀動脈疾病或者哮喘口腔炎症和癌症。

II. Description
PGLYRP1 Target Cell 作為(wei) TREM1 Effector Reporter Cell 的靶細胞，很好的模擬了體(ti) 內(nei) TREM1 的信號轉導過程，原理見下圖所示。 Figure 1.PGLYRP1 Target Cell 模型原理圖

Stability:	32 passages (in-house test, that not means the cell line will be instable beyond the passages we tested.)
Freeze Medium:	90% FBS+10% DMSO
Culture Medium:	F12K+10%FBS+600 μg/ml Hygromycin B
Mycoplasma Testing:	Negative
Storage:	Liquid nitrogen
