FcεRI Effector Reporter Cell
| I. Background | |
IgE由兩(liang) 條重鏈（ε鏈）和兩(liang) 條輕鏈組成，Fc段含高親(qin) 和力受體(ti) （FcεRI）結合位點，半衰期僅(jin) 2-3天（IgG為(wei) 21天）。作為(wei) 免疫係統的“哨兵"，IgE既可結合寄生蟲表麵抗原，激活嗜酸性粒細胞釋放毒性顆粒（如主要堿性蛋白），通過ADCC（抗體(ti) 依賴細胞介導的細胞毒性）清除寄生蟲（如血吸蟲、鉤蟲）；也能因過度反應引發致命過敏；IgE還可靶向腫瘤抗原（如HER2），激活巨噬細胞ADCC效應；並且最近有研究指出，腦膜肥大細胞通過IgE-MRGPRX2可加劇阿爾茨海默病病理。 | |
