I. Background
皰疹病毒進入介質（HVEM），也稱為(wei) 腫瘤壞死因子受體(ti) 超家族成員 14 （TNFRSF14），是 TNF 受體(ti) （腫瘤壞死因子）超家族的人細胞表麵受體(ti) 。HVEM 在多種免疫細胞中表達，包括 T 細胞、B 細胞、自然殺傷(shang) 細胞、樹突狀細胞和內(nei) 皮細胞。它還通過在黑色素瘤細胞上的頻繁表達參與(yu) 腫瘤的免疫逃避。 HVEM 有四種不同的配體(ti) ，TNFSF14、LTA、BTLA 和 CD160，在信號傳(chuan) 輸中起關(guan) 鍵作用。HVEM 作為(wei) 一個(ge) 分子開關(guan) ，可以通過激活轉錄因子 NF-kB 與(yu) 自身的 LIGHT 家族相互作用，增加炎症反應，增強免疫反應。它能夠通過它們(men) 的死亡結構域或 TRAF 介質誘導信號級聯，激活細胞存活或凋亡。
