I. Background

      GLP-1R 與(yu) 其他四種胰高血糖素受體(ti) （GCGR、GLP-2R、GIPR 和 GHRHR）一起屬於(yu) 促胰液素（B1 類）GPCR 家族，其內(nei) 源性配體(ti) 是肽激素。 B1 類 GPCRs 在 N 端具有一個(ge) 較大的、結構保守的胞外結構域（ECD），由 120-160 個(ge) 殘基組成，形成三層 α-β-β-α 折疊， 並由三個(ge) 層間二硫鍵穩定。

      腸促胰島素係統是調節餐後代謝的重要代謝軸。實現這種作用的兩(liang) 種腸促胰島素肽是 葡萄糖依賴性促胰島素多肽（GIP）和胰高血糖素樣肽 1（GLP-1），它們(men) 在胰島β細胞和 其他組織中具有同源受體(ti) （GIPR 和 GLP-1R）。GLP-1R 的藥物參與(yu) 是治療糖尿病高血糖 和減輕體(ti) 重的行之有效的策略。Tirzepatide 是第一個(ge) 在兩(liang) 種腸促胰島素受體(ti) 上具有雙重活 性的單體(ti) 肽。

 
II. Description
