Canine IL31 Effector Reporter Cell
| I. Background | |
IL-31 屬於(yu) IL-6 衍生細胞因子家族。IL-6 家族細胞因子通常根據其促炎特性和參與(yu) GP130 受體(ti) 激活的共同信號通路而分類。IL-6 細胞因子家族通常被稱為(wei) GP130/IL-6 細胞因 子家族。家族成員包括 IL-6、IL-11、IL-21、IL-27、神經生成素 (NPN)、纖毛抑製因子 (CNTF)、心肌營養(yang) 素-1 (CT-1)、白血病抑製因子 (LIF)、抑癌素 M (OSM) 和 IL-31。該家族 成員在其多單位受體(ti) 中共享 GP130 的亞(ya) 基，並參與(yu) 神經元生長，骨骼代謝，心髒發育和免 疫調節，例如 T 細胞分化。IL-31 在這一細胞因子家族中的，因為(wei) 其受體(ti) 複合 物不含有 GP130。 | |
